  1. Have memories (not necessary fond) of:
    1. nicholas jee - suspended me from his english lessons for the whole of 3rd term leading to the SJC (then Form 3 Exams). And guess what what got for both English papers in the exams?
    2. simon lo - acted agressively by manhandling me and pulling my hair when he caught a classmate talking to me (repeat talking to me and NOT me talking to him). The talking classmates was let off just because (i believe) he is the son of the then St. Mary's School principal.

so can anymore correctly guess my identity? a clue - class of '78.
    cheers.

  2. missed out on mrs bugo (judith bugo)

    for chemistry lessons:
    1. she got me to stand up and remain standing (a classmate talking to me again - really, i was not the talker)
    2. then sent to stand out the class after teasing by the mates besides me
    3. then sent me to stand outside the pricipal's (Bro. Columba) office after she saw me talking to students from other classes who happened to be passing by the chemistry lab
    4. and lastly also suspended me from her chemistry lessons when she found out that I had gone to the library instead of the principal's office.
so agaian missed about 1 term of chemistry classes during Form 5 (1978).

also had mrs bugo as a teacher back in form 2 and recall he sending me out as well.

  5. I can still work out the value of pi to 20 decimal places because of a silly rhyme that Mr William Chan taught us back in E. Maths class ...

"Sir, I bear a rhyme excelling
in mystic force and magic spelling
    celestial spirits elucidate
all my own striving can't relate"

    i.e.
    3.14159265358979323846

    Now that's effective teaching !
