ReplyDeleteCan someone try to name all the 3Bians pls ...
ReplyDeleteSorry, wasn't in 3B back in 1974, but I can see Jensen Ng, Father Nick Ng, Ng Kok Piaw, Dato AM? Sim Kwang Yang, Sim Kee How.
ReplyDeleteyes, i was in 3B. the teacher is mr kenneth abbey. cant remember the subject he taught us? was it commerce? the other in 3b are Hamzah Harun, Abang Zamhari, Mustapha Affendi...dont remember wearing necktie..hehehe
ReplyDeleteCome on, 3Bians - can you remember:
ReplyDelete1. Who was the "joker" in the pack?
2. Who was/were the more outspoken ones (2 names in mind would be: Peng Siew and Koon Teck).
3. Who was the silent one but "deadly"?
4. Who was the romeo in the class?
5. Who was the "bully"?
I remembered Father Ng used to blush a lot....hahaha.
Memories.....only a few but a bit clouded now.
Can Someone share the 3A class pic' and 3C class pic' please
ReplyDeleteIs there a 3D class ????.
Someone who want to see the kid
What a precious photo!!! Remember there were 2 kung fu masters in the class, namely Philip Tang (1st ranking) & Kho Khoon Haw (2nd ranking). The later like to "show off" his king fu skills occasionally, whereas the former was an introvert type then. The 3Bians were a pretty cohensive group, and I can not remember any fight among us, save some occasional healthy arguments. A beloved community.
ReplyDeleteHi Pear Soap, let me answers your questions, and gauge whether others would differ :
1. The joker-John Lee. Once our assistant monitor, collecting our daily assignments for our teachers. Helpful & joke a lot
2. Besides Peng Siew & Khoon Teck, Sim Kee How was equally good then.
3. I think none
4. All of us are somehow Romeo, except Ng Wei Khiang (Rev. Father Ng)
5. None
Going forward, guess is an opportune time for us to respond to the roll call as much time and resources were put in on the part of the WJ.
How come Tan Kia Kim and Subramaniam are not in the photo? Absent during photo session??
Who is the kid next to Cho Jueh? Such a haunting stare. I see Kwang Yang, Ambrose Chong, Khoon Haw. Is that John Lee, 7th from the left, middle row? And the guy, rightmost, middle row? Most of the faces are so familiar but their names escaped me - so if anyone can provide names, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks John for yet another photographic gem. Like Francis, I remember Form 3B as being pretty cohesive.
ReplyDeleteI think that's Kho Guan Huat next to Cho Jueh.
ReplyDeleteThe guy rightmost, middle row should be Kong Kek Kee.Hope the name is spelled correctly. Sorry if it is wrong.

ReplyDeleteHi..guys
ReplyDeleteI, too cannot remember that we wore ties. I wonder why we did not wear them in the latter years. I thought we all looked very smart. Was it that only prefects wore them?...mmmmmmm.
Good contributions and memory of names.
Hey, Francis. I am not sure I was the joker in the class but must admit that I was a bit talkative in the class. I cannot remember how many times that I had chalks or dusters thrown at me by the teachers...hahaha. Although was not that bad to be sent to see "ta ker" for further punishment.
Which year was more memorable for you guys? Care to share?
