ReplyDeleteSorry Anon, I can't remember much of that Shaolin stuff. Occasionally, I practise the "slow" Tai Chi form in the morning. Perhaps on more "aggressive" days, I will don a pair of boxing gloves and "kick box" with a heavy punch bag. The scores so far... bag : 100, PT : 0.
